The course covers The Nature of Law and the English Legal System, Criminal Law, Tort, and Contract Law. Students explore legal rules, institutions, and processes such as statutory interpretation and judicial precedent. Assessment is entirely exam-based, using a mix of question types. The course encourages engagement with real-world legal issues and supports progression to higher education or careers in law-related fields.
